What have we been up to for the last couple of weeks?

It's been a little busy around here - working on a new, FULL service van! The pictures below are from a couple of weekends ago, taking photos and measurements to transform this van into a custom field service van!!! Sonya (my wife) took extensive photos of the inside of the cube that the truck builder will use to create a CAD image of the proposed upfit! I will post more on that later!

Product endorsements

I wanted to share with you some of the products we sell, and open the forum up to your suggestions and ideas for new products you would like us to carry.

SEAFOAM PRODUCTS

I have used Sea Foam Motor Treatment for nearly 20 years now! Added to engine oil at the regular interval, Sea Foam is outstanding at cleaning sludge and accumulated varnish buildup. Added directly to gasoline/diesel fuel, it will clean out the fuel system and intake valves, increasing fuel efficiency!

Sea Foam Hydra Trans Tune is an excellent additive to transmissions and hydraulic systems, the savings are literally in the thousands! For example, the cost to replace an oil control valve assembly can cost in the thousands alone, not including labor! Hydra Trans Tune added to the hydraulic fluid (with regular scheduled replacement) will clean those tiny orifices and valves inside the oil control valve. This also aids in the smooth functions of the hydraulics overall!

AMBERTECH PRODUCTS

AmberTech is a newer product we carry, and I am very excited to put it to the test! The penetrating spray lubricant has replaced 3 or 4 chemicals I had previously used! I am very happy that this is a bio based chemical that REALLY WORKS!!! I look forward to getting these products out in the field and seeing some first hand results! I have heard very positive reviews of M99 used in automotive diesel engines!!!

A Brief History

Since I failed to introduce myself in the first post... Hello, I am Tom Kassen, Owner/Field Service Technician of/for Mobile Machinery Service, L.L.C.

After the recession/depression of 2008,9,10, etc. I found myself back in the area I was born and raised (Spokane, WA) in Loon Lake, WA. In late 2010, I reached the conclusion that my passion truly is in the forklift repair industry, and it was time to "take it on my own". I spent the early half of 2011 doing the research and conceptualizing how to make it work. In September, it became official and Mobile Machinery Service, L.L.C. officially opened for business. From then till now, I have learned a great deal about being a small business owner. I have worked with many great people and businesses, and learned a lot from them as well. I thank you all for your support from the bottom of my heart!!!

As we approach the fifth year mark, I am working diligently on adding improvements that will add versatility, convenience, and most important - value to our services. I will be using this forum to provide updates, and to encourage feedback about what YOU think we should add or change to earn YOUR business! Thank You for your time!
